Join us at Piramal School of Health as Senior RMLE Manager, where you’ll lead cutting-edge research, monitoring, learning, and evaluation initiatives for the Bihar State Health Transformation Program and beyond.
You’ll design RMLE frameworks, manage large-scale data analysis, create impactful visualizations, and build capacity across teams.
📍 Location: Patna/Remote
What You’ll Do:
✅ Lead analysis of large, multi-component quantitative datasets
✅ Design RMLE frameworks, processes, and advanced analytical plans
✅ Conceptualize impactful data visualizations and insights.
✅ Build capacity of RMLE, program, and government teams on data analytics and use
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, partners, and government counterparts
What you bring?
🔹 Master’s degree in a relevant discipline
🔹 3+ years in quantitative data analytics & RMLE processes
🔹 Proficiency in SAS, R, STATA, Python, or SPSS
🔹 Experience with field data and national survey data preferred
