Forion Analytics is looking for a Junior Research Associate to join our growing team of public policy professionals, researchers, and problem-solvers. Key Responsibilities:
1. Support research design, desk research, data collection, and analysis across sectors such as education, livelihoods, health, sustainability, and governance.
2. Assist in preparing research outputs including reports, policy briefs, concept notes, presentations, and impact documentation.
3. Support partnership development with CSR teams, non-profits, academic institutions, and government agencies, including preparation of proposals and pitch materials.
4. Participate in partner calls, meetings, workshops, and outreach conversations alongside senior team members.
5. Help track leads, maintain outreach databases, and support follow-ups for BD and partnership pipelines.
6. Support coordination with field teams, partners, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of research and outreach activities.
7. Travel as required for fieldwork, partner engagement, and project monitoring.
Eligibility:
1. 0–2 years of experience in public policy, development research, CSR, consulting, or related social sector roles.
2. Strong interest in evidence-based policy, impact assessment, and development practice.
3. Good analytical, writing, and communication skills.
4. Exposure to qualitative and quantitative research methods, MEL, fieldwork and desk research.
5. Ability to work independently while coordinating across teams.
6. Based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate (in office with flexible WFH culture); comfortable with periodic travel as required.
