We are hiring 3 Telecallers for our NGO fundraising campaign.

The role involves calling potential donors/supporters, explaining our cause, and generating donations/fundraising support.

✅ Key Responsibilities:
📞 Make outbound calls to potential donors/supporters
🗣️ Explain the NGO’s mission, ongoing projects & donation purpose
💰 Convince and generate donations / fundraising commitments
📲 Follow-up calls, donor coordination & maintaining call records
📌 Share daily updates and progress reports with the team

✅ Skills Required:
✅ Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
✅ Confidence in calling & convincing
✅ Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting
✅ Target-oriented & self-motivated
✅ Prior telecalling / sales / fundraising experience is a plus
