Job Title: Team Lead, Community Program
Location: Sangam Vihar, New Delhi
Organization: Khel Khel Mein Foundation (KKMF)
Compensation: ₹40,000- 50,000/month based on experience and skills for the role. 
Job Type: Full-time (with 3-month probation)

Role Description

As Team Lead, you will be responsible for the overall management and delivery of the KKM program in your assigned community. You will lead a team of coaches and a coordinator, ensure high-quality sports and life skills programming, and build strong relationships with families, children, and local stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic, field-based environments, brings strong pedagogical insight, and is committed to long-term community impact.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Program Management

    • Oversee end-to-end implementation of regular sports sessions and Mohalla tournaments.

       
    • Ensure timely planning, resource management, and smooth delivery of all community activities.

       
  2. Team Leadership & Capacity Building

    • Manage a team of 3–4 coaches and 1 community coordinator.

       
    • Regularly observe sessions, provide actionable feedback, and mentor coaches to build their skills and confidence.

       
    • Guide the coordinator on effective home visits and life skills sessions for children.

       
  3. Holistic Program Delivery

    • Ensure integration of life skills into sports sessions to deliver a well-rounded child development experience.

       
    • Maintain session quality, structure, and child engagement across all age groups (6–14).

       
  4. Community Engagement & Scouting

    • Mobilize children and build strong relationships with parents, schools, and local stakeholders.

       
    • Lead enrollment drives and ensure sustained participation.

       
  5. Infrastructure & Safety

    • Identify and manage safe, local play spaces; coordinate revamps when needed.

       
  6. Monitoring & Reporting

    • Track attendance, session delivery, and outcomes using digital tools.

       
    • Submit regular updates and field insights to the leadership team.

Skills & Criteria

  • Minimum 5 years of experience across community work, teaching, or sports programming.
    Strong pedagogical grounding with the ability to coach others in session design and delivery.
  • Proven team leadership: skilled at observation, feedback, and developing others.
  • Ability to manage operations independently in field settings.
  • Comfortable with basic data tools (spreadsheets, dashboards).
    Excellent relationship-building skills; fluency in Hindi required.
  • Knowledge of football/sports coaching is an added advantage.
