Parmarth Samaj Sevi Sansthan (PSSS), Orai – Uttar Pradesh is inviting applications for the position of Project Coordinator to strengthen our work on water security, climate-resilient agriculture, natural resource management, and sustainable rural livelihoods.

📌 Position Details
Role: Project Coordinator
Experience: Minimum 5+ years
Location: Hamirpur and Etah district of Uttar Pradesh
Joining: Immediate

🔑 Key Responsibilities
Lead planning and implementation of NRM, climate-resilient agriculture, plantations, and BRC interventions
Provide technical guidance to farmers and project teams
Monitor field activities and ensure quality implementation
Strengthen community institutions (CBOs, WUGs, Farmer Groups)
Coordinate with donors, government departments, CSR partners, and technical experts
Ensure digital reporting, documentation, and data compliance
Support convergence with government schemes and scalable models
🎓 Required Qualification & Skills
Graduate/Postgraduate in Rural Development, Agriculture, NRM, Environment, Social Work, or allied fields
Strong expertise in soil & water conservation, agri-horti-forestry (Wadi), climate-resilient farming, and livelihoods
Experience in field-based project implementation and stakeholder coordination
Proficiency in MIS, digital reporting, documentation, and presentation
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
