Role and Responsibilities

This role blends action with reflection. As the Program Execution & Training Associate, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end implementation of on-ground programs. This includes coordinating with government and partner organisations, monitoring delivery, collecting real-time feedback, training facilitators, and adapting the curriculum based on local needs. The role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on fieldwork to ensure meaningful learning outcomes in low-resource settings.


 

Location: Hybrid (Remote + Field Visits – travel up to 50%)

 


 

Key Responsibilities:


 

1. Project Coordination & Partner Management

  • Act as the bridge between NavGurukul and partners (Govt. bodies, NGOs, school staff).
  • Conduct regular check-ins to align on goals, timelines, and blockers.
  • Document meeting minutes, MoUs, and action plans.

2. Implementation Tracking & Reporting

  • Visit field sites every 2–3 months to observe sessions and resolve challenges.
  • Track attendance, curriculum delivery, and trainer schedules weekly.
  • Ensure the curriculum is being implemented as intended.
  • Maintain dashboards and logs for curriculum delivery, trainer schedules, etc.
  • Share crisp monthly reports with visuals and stories from the field.
  • Highlight what’s working, what needs fixing, and what’s coming next.

3. Curriculum Feedback & Iteration

  • Gather insights from facilitators, students, and partners.
  • Work closely with the curriculum team to adapt content/tools based on ground needs.
  • Pilot new ideas, assess results, and scale effective changes.

4. Training & Support

  • Conduct training for facilitators, students, and partners.
  • Create training plans and materials for field deployment.
  • Monitor facilitator performance and provide coaching/support where needed..

5. Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain updated records of expenses, delivery logs, school reports, and approvals.
  • Ensure timely submission of reports, government/funder-required documents.


 

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication (spoken + written) in English and Hindi
  • Ability to write/edit curriculum in simple language
  • Comfortable with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Organized and proactive in tracking progress
  • Willingness to travel and work closely with field teams
  • Collaborative and open to feedback


 

Preferred Background:

  • Experience in curriculum design, facilitation, education implementation, or partner coordination
  • Worked in grassroots/tribal/rural education projects is a bonus
  • Familiarity with life skills, digital literacy, or coding curriculum is a plus
  • Understanding of partner/donor communication and expectations

Compensation:

As a non-profit organization, our salaries may be relatively lower than market standards. However, we strive to maintain internal parity and ensure that compensation is fair and sustainable within our financial feasibility.
