The role is a contractual engagement under NABARD’s Young Professional Program to provide exposure and support in policy research, programme evaluation, project monitoring, and strategic initiatives in rural development and agricultural finance. The position is offered across multiple disciplines including climate action, economics, data science, cyber security, IT, finance, development management, project monitoring, PR and outreach, design, geoinformatics, UI/UX, and software testing. The role supports NABARD offices at Head Office Mumbai and select Regional Offices as per discipline and vacancy location.

Responsibilities and Duties

• The role involves supporting policy research, programme evaluation, and strategic initiatives relevant to the assigned discipline and location.
• It includes data collection, analysis, documentation, reporting, and preparation of presentations and briefs.
• The position supports monitoring and review of projects and schemes, field coordination where applicable, and evidence-based recommendations.
• The role contributes to technology, analytics, communications, design, or finance deliverables depending on the discipline.
• The position undertakes tasks assigned by the mentor or supervising officer and follows NABARD’s code of conduct and confidentiality requirements.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• The role requires discipline-specific qualifications as per NABARD eligibility criteria with results declared on or before 01-11-2025.
• The candidate must have minimum one year of relevant work experience for most disciplines as prescribed.
• The role requires Indian nationality and age between 21 and 30 years as on 01-11-2025.
• The position demands strong analytical ability, communication skills, and professional conduct with confidentiality and discipline.
