NIWAD Trust is inviting applications for the position of CSR Officer to support our community development and watershed initiatives in Salem District.
🔹 Key Focus Areas
We welcome candidates with experience in:
Watershed Development & Natural Resource Management (NRM)
Field team coordination, supervision & capacity building
Donor management, CSR reporting & partnership development
Community mobilisation & stakeholder engagement (Panchayats, SHGs, Farmer Groups)
Project planning, monitoring, MIS & documentation
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Lead and implement watershed & livelihood-based CSR projects in Salem
Support and monitor field teams to ensure smooth project execution
Prepare CSR reports, proposals, and documentation for donors
Coordinate with community groups, local government officials & partners
Conduct field visits, awareness programs, and training sessions
Ensure timely delivery of project outputs and compliance
🔹 Requirements
3–5 years’ experience in CSR/NGO/Rural Development
Experience in watershed/NRM projects preferred
Strong reporting, communication & team management skills
Ability to travel within Salem project locations
Immediate joiners preferred
