Role Overview

The role involves supporting and driving CSR initiatives at a Pan-India level, including partner due diligence, project implementation, monitoring, compliance, documentation, communication, and employee volunteering programs. The position works closely with internal stakeholders, NGO partners, and external agencies to ensure effective execution and visibility of CSR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage empanelment and due diligence of NGO partners
• Oversee planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of CSR projects
• Support budgeting, grant management, compliance, and reporting
• Coordinate project visits and prepare visit reports
• Drive CSR communication including newsletters, presentations, website and social media updates
• Support media outreach, press releases, and external communication
• Plan and execute employee volunteering initiatives
• Maintain documentation, case studies, photographs, and testimonials
• Assist in research and expansion of CSR initiatives aligned with Capri’s focus areas

Preferred Background
• Master’s degree (or higher) in Social Work, Development Studies, or a related field
• 3-5 yrs of Experience in CSR / development sector with exposure to women empowerment, livelihoods, health, gender, child protection, etc.
• Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
