Data Management & Insights

• Manage Pan-India placement data
• Develop dashboards and reports to track critical metrics — interviews, joining rates, and retention (3, 6, and 12 months)

Placement Tracking

• Strengthen post-placement follow-up systems across all centres
• Monitor student employment status and long-term stability

Cross-Centre Coordination

• Coordinate with placement teams across different cities and states
• Ensure consistent reporting, data quality, and resolution of field challenges

Strategic Reporting

• Prepare periodic reports and presentations for leadership and donors
• Highlight placement outcomes and support data-driven decision-making

🎯 Key Qualifications

• Educational Background: Master's degree in Management, Social Work, Data Analytics, or related field
• Professional Experience: 5–7 years in program operations, placement management, MIS, or data analytics — preferably in the skilling or social impact sector
• Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in data analysis and reporting; experience managing large datasets and MIS systems to translate data into actionable insights
• Core Competencies: Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, high professional integrity, willingness to travel up to 30%
