Description WINGS is seeking a partner/consultant to design and deliver a scalable e-learning programme targeted at policymakers and government stakeholders. The programme aims to:

• Strengthen understanding of philanthropy's role in development
• Equip policymakers with practical tools for building multi-stakeholder partnerships
• Support effective government–philanthropy collaboration at scale
