Senior Project Associate

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Project Associate to manage solid waste management operations at the field level. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring coordination with local government departments, and implementing behavior change activities to support environmental sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage overall operations at assigned locations.

Travel to other project sites as and when required.

Design and implement activities promoting behavioural change in the community.

Supervise daily operations at the Material Recovery Facility (MRF).

Coordinate with government officials and departments for project execution.

Ensure timely reporting and documentation of all field activities.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Minimum 2 years of field experience in Solid Waste Management (SWM).

A degree in MSW or other Social Sciences is preferred.

Basic competency in Hindi and English (spoken and written).

Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.

Other Requirements:

Must have a two-wheeler for field travel.

Should possess a personal laptop.

Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred.

Compensation:

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
