🚨 We’re Hiring | Senior Program Officer – Aftercare
📍 Location: Goa
📂 Department: Operations (Aftercare)

About CSA: Catalysts for Social Action (CSA) is looking for a passionate and field-oriented Senior Program Officer – Aftercare to support young adults transitioning out of Child Care Institutions (CCIs) towards independent and sustainable futures.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Implement and monitor Aftercare programs across allied Child Care Institutions
• Mentor youth transitioning out of institutional care and prepare them for independent living
• Plan vocational training, career preparation, and education opportunities for Aftercare youth
• Conduct regular field visits to CCIs for monitoring and program support
• Prepare case files and maintain documentation for Aftercare children
• Track program data and support data-driven decision-making
• Manage budgets and coordinate with local vendors for program activities
• Build relationships with CCI trustees, government stakeholders, NGOs, and training institutes
🔹 Who Should Apply
• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Social Work (preferred)
• 2–3 years of experience in the development sector or child protection programs
• Strong communication, mentoring, and coordination skills
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Konkani
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Willingness to work in the field and travel across locations
