Senior Manager - Fundraising and Partnerships

The Senior Manager – Fundraising & Partnerships will be responsible for leading the organization’s fundraising and partnership strategy, with a focus on corporate CSR and institutional donors. The role involves identifying and cultivating new funding opportunities, managing donor relationships, developing high-quality proposals and presentations, and ensuring timely donor reporting and compliance. The position will work closely with programme, finance, and M&E teams to align funding priorities with programmatic impact, while also building internal systems, processes, and partnerships that support sustainable resource mobilisation and long-term organizational growth.
