We’re Hiring | Project Manager – Youth Training Centre
Location: Guru Har Sahai, Ferozepur, Punjab

AROH Foundation, an ISO 9001:2015 certified NGO working across 18 states in India, is inviting applications for a Project Manager – Youth Training Centre to lead and strengthen youth skill development initiatives in Aspirational Districts and Blocks of Punjab.
This role is ideal for professionals passionate about youth empowerment, skill development, and rural livelihoods, who want to create measurable impact at the grassroots.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement youth skill development, personality development, and career readiness programmes
- Mobilise and engage youth from nearby villages and communities
- Coordinate with trainers, guest faculty, and partner organisations
- Ensure quality training delivery and monitor learning outcomes
- Organise workshops, career counselling sessions, and exposure visits
- Support youth in placements, self-employment, or further education
- Manage centre operations, records, and monthly progress reporting
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate in Social Work, Education, Rural Development, Management, or related fields
- Minimum 1 year of experience in youth development, skill training, or community projects
- Experience working with rural or semi-urban youth preferred
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with youth from diverse backgrounds
- Organisational and reporting skills
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Email)
Salary & Benefits:
- ₹40,000 per month
- Travel Allowance (TA) as per organisational norms
Language Requirement:
- Proficiency in Punjabi, Hindi, and English is mandatory.
