🎓 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 : A Master’s degree from any recognized university, preferably in Agriculture, MBA (Agribusiness), or MBA in Rural Management.
🗣️ 𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐮𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲 : Odia (Speaking & Understanding) – Mandatory

𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐀𝐂𝐂𝐄𝐒𝐒 : ACCESS Development Services is a national livelihoods promotion organization working across all levels of the value chain to create scalable and sustainable models for enterprise and poverty reduction.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 :
a. Supervise and mentor field teams, setting performance targets and tracking execution.
b. Ensure effective farmer mobilization and adoption of AWD practices through structured field execution.
c. Conduct regular field visits to assess team performance, ensure quality of execution and provide hands-on technical and operational guidance.
d. Monitor quality of AWD installations, dry-down evidence collection, and adherence to protocols and SOPs.
e. Lead training and capacity-building initiatives to strengthen AWD implementation, agronomy, and sales capabilities.
f. Act as the escalation and problem-solving lead for field-level operational, adoption, and sales challenges.
g. Undertake donor management, client communication and lead update meetings with the donor. 

𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀 :
a. Team management, day to day operation management
b. Understanding of agriculture and experience in farmer interactions
c. Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively.
d. Must be proficient in using computer applications like word, excel
c. Speaking/understanding Odia language is a must
