Are you passionate about improving maternal and child health outcomes in India? Do you have experience working with government stakeholders and a deep commitment to community-based interventions?
Foundation for Mother and Child Health (FMCH) is looking for a Program Associate to join our Anganwadi Accelerator Program team in Guna. This role is critical in building capacity within the ICDS system and driving sustainable impact in the fight against malnutrition.
🔍 What You’ll Do:
Support Anganwadi Supervisors and Workers in delivering high-quality care
Drive adoption of NutreeApp Lite App for improved home visits
Build relationships with ICDS and Health Department officials
Conduct training, supportive supervision, and data-driven reviews
Be on the field 80% of the time, leading the change from the ground up
✅ What We’re Looking For:
Master’s in Public Health, Nutrition, or Social Work
2–3 years experience working with government stakeholders
Strong communication, training, and community mobilization skills
Proficiency in Hindi and English
