🚨 We’re Hiring: Partnerships Coordinator | New Delhi 🚨
We are looking for a Partnerships Coordinator to strengthen and grow funding for TARA Child Protection and Empowerment

This is a target-driven fundraising role focused on Indian CSR, corporate foundations, and high-net-worth individual donors, with end-to-end ownership of partnerships—from prospecting to renewal.
🔑 Key Highlights
✔ Drive CSR and major donor fundraising in India
✔ Build and manage a strong donor pipeline
✔ Lead donor stewardship, reporting, and compliance (CSR & FCRA)
✔ Work closely with program, finance, and leadership teams
✔ Represent TARA at CSR and philanthropy platforms
👤 Who should apply?
• 5+ years’ experience in CSR fundraising, partnerships, or donor engagement
• Strong understanding of CSR regulations and FCRA compliance
• Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and close partnerships
• Passion for child protection and social impact
