Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Fundraising Manager to lead the development and execution of fundraising strategies that support our mission and long-term growth. The role involves managing and cultivating donor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Donor Cultivation & Stewardship

• Build and maintain strong relationships with individual donors, corporate partners, and foundations.
• Develop tailored engagement plans to increase donor retention and lifetime value.
• Oversee donor recognition and stewardship programs.

Grant Management

• Research and identify grant opportunities.
• Prepare compelling grant proposals and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead, mentor, and motivate fundraising staff and volunteers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with program, finance, and communications teams.

Qualifications

We are looking for people who have:

• Proven fundraising experience.
• Strong understanding of donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship practices.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including proposal writing.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
