Job Purpose

The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Executive will play a key role in supporting the effectiveness and accountability of Nayi Disha’s projects. This role is responsible for designing and implementing robust M&E systems to assess program impact, track progress against goals, and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in data collection, verification, and entry for monitoring and evaluation activities.
• Conduct surveys, and interviews to assess program impact.
• Assist in analyzing quantitative and qualitative data and generating reports.
• Maintain organized M&E databases and documentation for accurate record-keeping.
• Support the preparation of impact assessment reports, presentations, and dashboards.
• Coordinate with program teams to ensure timely and accurate data collection.
• Assist in identifying gaps and areas for improvement in program implementation.
• Knowledge
• Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Development Studies, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience working in the social sector, NGOs, or development projects
• Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Experience
• 1-3 years of experience in monitoring, evaluation, research, or data analysis
