🕒 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 : 0-6 Months
🎓 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 : BBA or Graduate in Economics / Entrepreneurship Development / Social Work or relevant fields 

𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐀𝐂𝐂𝐄𝐒𝐒 : ACCESS Development Services is a national livelihoods promotion organization working across all levels of the value chain to create scalable and sustainable models for enterprise and poverty reduction.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 :
a. Conduct market assessments of micro-entrepreneurs to map needs, forward/backward linkages, and growth opportunities. 
b. Analyze markets (local, district, city) and provide actionable recommendations and strategies for business growth. 
c. Identify market trends, consumer preferences, competition, and skill-gaps to guide product positioning and model enterprise selection. 
d. Engage local stakeholders (distributors, wholesalers, associations) to map buyers and product demand.
e. Support project activities like onboarding, training, and campaigns to understand project and stakeholder context.
f. Undertake other tasks assigned by Project Lead or Head Office.

𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀, & 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀 :
a. Strong skills in community mobilization, networking, coordination, and clear communication. 
b. Skilled in reporting and proficient in MS Word and Excel.
