In this role, you will be expected to:
Drive HR operations and implement best practices.
Collaborate with various departments to support talent acquisition and development.
Contribute to organizational culture-building and capability enhancement.
Lead or support HR processes such as recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and policy implementation.
Align HR initiatives with the Foundation's mission of social impact.
5–10 years of experience in Human Resources.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
A demonstrated commitment to social purpose and working with grassroots organizations.
Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across teams.
