Development Consortium is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Fundraising Associate to support our resource mobilisation efforts across grants, CSR partnerships, donor engagement, and fundraising systems.

✨ What you’ll work on:
• Prospect research & pipeline building
• Proposal and grant support
• Donor communication & stewardship
• CRM, reporting, and fundraising operations

🎯 Who should apply:
✔️ 2–5 years of experience in fundraising/CSR/development sector
✔️ Strong proposal and donor communication skills
✔️ Comfortable with CRMs, data tracking, and deadlines
✔️ Passion for social impact and community-led change
