WOTR is inviting applications for a senior leadership position, ‘Head: Finance & Accounts’, based in Ahilyanagar (Ahmednagar), Maharashtra. This role offers an opportunity to play a strategic role in strengthening the financial backbone of the organisation working closely with rural communities across India.
📌 CA / PG Financial qualification with 12–20 years of experience, including at least 8 years in a comparable leadership role
As Head of Finance & Accounts, you will be at the forefront of WOTR’s financial management and strategy. Reporting to the Executive Director (or nominee), you will ensure timely donor reporting, financial analysis, statutory compliance, and strong internal controls. The role involves deep engagement with financial analytics, cash flow management, automation of systems, and providing strategic insights to leadership, while collaborating closely with internal teams and auditors.
