Job Title: ESG Analyst

About the Role:
We’re looking for an ESG Analyst to support research, reporting (BRSR, GRI, TCFD), benchmarking, and client advisory. You’ll also contribute to tech-enabled ESG product development and must be open to occasional travel across India.
Key Requirements:
1. 2–3 years of ESG/Sustainability/Analytics experience
2. Strong research, Excel, presentation, and reporting skills
3. Good knowledge of ESG frameworks (GRI, BRSR, TCFD)
4. Proactive, efficient, adaptable, and open to feedback
5. Willingness to travel within India for client facing projects
6. Experience or interest in product management with tech & AI tools
