We’re Hiring: District Consultants (Kohima, Nagaland and Tlangnuam, Mizoram)
Wadhwani AI is looking for passionate professionals to support the on ground implementation of AI-driven health solutions and strengthen public health delivery systems at the district level.
What you’ll do:
• Facilitate implementation of AI health solutions across districts and monitor progress
• Conduct field visits to troubleshoot operational and tech-related challenges
• Build capacity of frontline health workers through training and re-orientation
• Coordinate with block and district officials to ensure seamless deployment
• Serve as the primary point of contact with government stakeholders
• Support issue identification, mitigation strategies, and impact assessment
• Provide regular updates to state teams and participate in review meetings
• Take on additional responsibilities to drive program outcomes
What we’re looking for:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Health Administration, Community Development, or related fields
✔ 2–5 years of experience in public health programs (TB/HIV/MNCH/Nutrition etc.), preferably at district/block level
✔ Strong understanding of government health systems and frontline health workers (e.g., CHO, ANMs, ASHAs)
✔ Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
