Job Summary

Ladli Foundation is looking for a CSR Manager to build and strengthen corporate partnerships and support resource mobilisation for our social impact programs. This role requires strong relationship-building, strategic thinking, and the ability to convert conversations into long-term CSR support.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute CSR partnership and outreach plans aligned with organisational priorities
* Identify, approach, and engage corporate stakeholders for CSR collaborations
* Prepare proposals, presentations, and partnership documents in coordination with internal teams
* Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, ensuring timely follow-ups and ongoing engagement
* Represent the organisation at CSR forums, networking events, and corporate meetings
* Maintain a structured pipeline of prospects, track progress, and share regular updates with leadership
* Provide daily reporting on outreach, follow-ups, meetings, pipeline movement, and next steps
* Coordinate internally for information required for proposals and partner requirements

Eligibility

* 8–10 years of experience in CSR partnerships/fundraising/business development (development sector preferred)
* Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
* Understanding of the CSR ecosystem in India is an advantage
