About the Role
Anahata United Efforts Foundation is looking for a Content, Impact & Communications Officer to strengthen large-scale education programs across government schools. This role sits at the intersection of content development, impact assessment, and strategic communication, helping shape meaningful learning experiences for students.

What You’ll Do
👉Develop and review student and teacher learning content, training materials, and e-learning modules
👉Support impact assessment and research, including data collection and analysis
👉Create program reports, case studies, and communication collaterals
👉Coordinate with designers, translators, teachers, and field teams
👉Visit schools occasionally to understand on-ground impact and improve content

Who We’re Looking For
👉Has 5+ years of experience in content, training, research or communications.
👉Has experience developing content in different formats including e-learning.
👉Is comfortable collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
👉Enjoys ownership, field exposure & independent work.
👉Is fluent in English & Kannada.
