Position Summary
ACCESS is seeking an experienced Project Lead to manage a program promoting green technologies through Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) in Uttar Pradesh. The role involves strategic oversight, staff supervision, partner coordination, and compliance with donor requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agriculture, climate-smart practices, market linkages, and FPO development.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead planning, implementation, and monitoring of program activities in UP
2. Develop linkages for technology, inputs, outputs, and finance for model FPOs
3. Support partner organizations in replicating models across clusters
4. Prepare and manage work plans, budgets, and timelines
5. Ensure timely and accurate donor reporting (narrative and financial)
6. Build partnerships with government, NGOs, and private sector
7. Manage budgets and resources efficiently
8. Identify and mitigate implementation risks
Skills & Competencies Required:
1. Strong leadership and team management
2. Project planning and execution
3. In-depth knowledge of Agri-value chains and climate-smart agriculture
4. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
5. Financial management and reporting proficiency
