🔍 Role Highlights
We are looking for street-smart, proactive research assistants for short-term deployment to support departmental coordination and data collection across multiple districts of Uttar Pradesh. This role is ideal for candidates who are prompt, inquisitive, and confident engaging with government officials, and who enjoy hands-on fieldwork in disaster management, climate risks, and GIS-supported planning.
📋 Key Responsibilities
🔹 On-ground coordination with state and district departments
🔹 Field data collection, stakeholder consultations, and validation
🔹 Support to planning, documentation, and GIS-enabled analysis
🔹 Travel for field visits across districts as per project needs (travel expenses covered separately)
🎓 Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (background in Geography, Disaster Management, Climate Change, GIS, or related disciplines an added advantage)
- Strong communication skills (Hindi essential)
- Willingness to travel and work in field conditions
