Your Role:
✨ Run centre operations end-to-end
✨ Mentor and grow a dynamic team
✨ Engage youth & boost placement readiness
✨ Build partnerships with community & corporate stakeholders
✨ Ensure seamless program delivery & tech adoption

You Bring:
🎓 MSW/PG with 5+ years in program implementation (skilling preferred)
🗣️ Strong communication (English, Hindi, Telugu)
👥 Experience managing 4–7 members
💼 Confident presenter & stakeholder manager
🖥️ Proficient in MS Office & Google Workspace
