Centre Directors

This isn’t a classroom role. It’s a center-building mandate.

As we scale climate action across India, we’re looking for Centre Directors / Centre Leads – Climate Action to lead our on-ground Climate & Technology Action Centers.

This role is for builders who want to create institutions from scratch centers that convert young people into job-ready climate and technology talent, and translate climate intent into real skills, jobs, and outcomes.

📍 Locations: Bengaluru | Hyderabad | Vijayawada | Shillong | Noida
🕒 Experience: 6–12+ years

🎯 Mandate: Build and operate a high-performing Climate & Technology Action Centre

As a Centre Lead, you will:
• Set up and run a fully operational climate & technology center
• Deliver 3-month internship-led skilling programs for degree students
• Build strong pipelines for jobs, placements, and job melas
• Work hands-on with technology, digital tools, and AI
• Partner with government, industry, mentors, and innovators
• Own outcomes, not just activities

This role is not for advisory profiles or academic-only roles.
It’s for leaders who enjoy execution, accountability, and seeing young people move from learning to livelihoods.
