Thuvakkam is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as Associate – Projects. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in agriculture, social work, or public administration, and with hands-on experience in field-based project implementation.

As an Associate – Projects, you will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and managing on-ground activities. You will also be responsible for ensuring smooth execution of projects by engaging with stakeholders, monitoring field operations, and maintaining project documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate project activities on the field.

Manage and oversee use of machinery and equipment.

Monitor field operations and generate timely reports.

Engage effectively with community members and stakeholders.

Ensure all operations follow safety and compliance guidelines.

Collect data and maintain accurate documentation and reports.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Social Work, Public Administration, or Agricultural Engineering.

Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.

Strong skills in project planning and coordination.

Experience in field monitoring and reporting.

Ability to manage equipment and machinery.

Proficiency in stakeholder and community engagement.

Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and compliance skills.
