Atma is hiring an Associate Consultant – HR & Finance to support and strengthen our people and operations.
This role focuses on recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, HR operations, and payroll coordination playing a key role in building a strong, inclusive, and mission-aligned workplace at Atma.
We’re looking for someone with 3–4 years of work experience, hands-on exposure to HR administration and payroll, strong Excel and HRMS skills, and a keen interest in working in the social sector.
