𝗦𝗩𝗣 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗮 – 𝗞𝗼𝗹𝗸𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹-𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗞𝗼𝗹𝗸𝗮𝘁𝗮.

This is an 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲 at the heart of our chapter, where you’ll:
✔️ Support partner engagement and field visits
✔️ Strengthen our NGO portfolio through research and program design
✔️ Contribute to chapter management, communications and events
✔️ Be part of strategic conversations and decision-making in a close-knit, flat team

𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝘄𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿:
✅ 1–3 years of work experience (preferably in the development sector)
✅ Strong communication skills, with an eye for detail and efficiency
✅ Interest in operations, technology and tools (Canva, G-Suite, etc.)
✅ A professional, ownership-driven mindset and eagerness to learn

📄 𝗘𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆: Undergraduate degree in any field + a passion for the nonprofit sector
